Nashville, second shoot!

November 21st, 2012

The next picture we shot for Permobil was a scene where this guy in his Permobil was pulling up a truck from a ditch! They’d found a great old truck that was perfect for the shoot. And the location was on a road just by a cool old barn. It was kind of tricky to shoot there as i stood in the middle of a road where about every big truck in the US was passing by πŸ˜€ And since a lot of my lighting was out in the road as well we had one gut on each light to move them every time a truck came by.
The shoot went very well and thanks to everybody for a terrific time!
Now there is some post production to be done!

Nashville, first shoot!

November 21st, 2012

We’ve done two more pictures in the same series as the others i’ve done for Permobil. This time we were shooting a lumberjack chopping wood and a truck that was stuck!
For the first shoot we set up everything on some kind of field. It felt like the middle of nowhere but actually it was just a couple of minutes from downtown Nashville. The place was perfect but the only thing missing was a couple of trees. Well what do you do? You go out and cut down two trees, bring them with the tractor and set them up! πŸ™‚
While we where setting up everything we got a visit from som of the local cows Β πŸ™‚ They got to be in the picture later of course!

Well, there was quite some fixing with all the wood and trees, but at last we started shooting! I think it will turn out really good! Everybody did a great job!

Since the product we where shooting not yet has been released weΒ΄re not allowed to show it yet. Thereby the blur i the picture.

New images for Yohio!

November 21st, 2012

Last week i shot new images of YOHIO. The images are to be used for press releases and of course now that he is picked to compete in the “melodifestivalen” (Swedens pre eurovision song contest) i guess they will be needing new images of his new look which is more boy-like then his old look.

Now we’re crossing our fingers that he qualifies to the big Swedish final this spring!

LAJV cover november

November 5th, 2012

One of the fastest cover shoots ever, at least when it comes to the timeline between getting the info about who to shoot and doing the actual shoot!

Anyway, the guy for this issue was Fredrik, who is extremely good at fixing up engines. Me and Erik from LAJV met Fredrik in is shop where we were doing the shoot.
I had in my head imagined an old shop from -73 with spilled oil and old engines everywhere. That is NOT how the look nowadays i can tell you πŸ™‚ More like an surgery room than what i thought πŸ™‚ Very clean and computers an rolling shelfs with tools hanging neatly.

We found an engine which we hanged in front of him and then i started with the lighting before i began shooting. Lucky for me Fredrik had seen some of my earlier covers so it didn’t come as a complete chock when i asked him to start to act and scream! πŸ˜€ But the rest of the people in the shop came to a complete stop as we started πŸ˜€

Thanks to Erik for the picture from the shoot!
