Lovelipop BTS
September 5th, 2014Just the other week i shot a new group for Keios Entertainment, Lovelipop. It’s a visual-pop girl group. It’s the artist YOHIO that is behind this project. After setting up all the lights and adjusting the studio for the shoot we could get started. I had some square boxes we used as props. for them to sit on. After some time we started getting the right look and feel in the picture, and then it was all perfect for the rest of the shoot! Everybody did a great job, especially since it is probably kind of hard understanding what we mean when we try to explain how we want them to pose.
The lighting was a new one! One Profoto ProBig, ring flash and a 3×4 foot softbox, and there was a lot of light! 😀
After two different group images we shot individual portraits too.

May 31st, 2014A portrait isn’t always just a portrait …
May 26th, 2014I often work for commercial magazines. Some time ago i did a portrait for a magazine about a running race. It was a girl who sometimes talks in the radio about training and running. So they wanted her in the studio but with some training gear on. Here you can see how a simple portrait sometimes isn’t just that simple. The colors in the syudio where terrible, here clothes were kind of cool but didn’t match the interior of the room! The place where she usually sits when she’s a guest there wasn’t that good for shooting so i put her in the control guy’s seat instead.
Lucia candidates 2013
November 26th, 2013This is how the Lucia-image turned out (you can read about the shoot here). It ran as a full page add, that’s why it’s so “tall”, i really like it! All the models where shot individually and put together in Photoshop. The town below is made out of different images of the old stone houses here in my town. The moon is drawn by me from scratch.

November 4th, 2013You see the image best by clicking the fullscreen symbol and watch it in HD. If you want to see some “behind the scenes” shots from the shoot you can do that here.
The Dragons icelandic players lands in Sweden
November 1st, 2013At last i’m finished with the Dragons second image! Here you can see both the first sketch i did and the finished image. The ship i built was shot in my studio and then put together with the rest of the image in Photoshop. When i shot it i had a low resolution version of the almost ready picture in Capture One, the application which i use when i shoot, so i could see what angle the ship needed to be in to look the best.
The birds that flies in the image was shot just outside my studio the same day i needed them. Me and Jonas stood a while on the parking lot outside the studio waiting until one of us shouted “There, to the left by the roof!!” and then the other person aimed the tele lens at the birds and started shooting! 😀
Maybe the sketch is somewhat hard to see, but i got the final picture pretty much as was intended!
