Last week i went up to a hotel nearby to shoot the Swedish board for Round Table. Taking a group photo of a board can sometimes be a little bit tricky since you don’t want a stiff boring image in the end (at least not me), and you don’t want to make it too crazy!
I went for a “the Last Supper” look in the image. I like that you can se people discussing in the image!

Summer at last! It usually means vacation and maybe some of my own projects as well! Last week i went into the woods to shoot a place i wanted to shoot for a long time, Bureplatsen! It’s a field with a big concrete base and wall in the middle of nowhere! It looks like some kind of landing base for UFO’s.
I’m doing some post on the image right now and it will go a little bit towards Sci-fi … 😀

I shot a new soda that is to be launched in Sweden, today actually! It’s called Killer and comes in three versions: Bad Sex Killer, Body Fat Killer och Alcohol Killer 😀
We did it last thursday and the agency behind the launch is Sweetpop. Mattias & Erika from the agency cut up fruit and turned the cans all day, and after some hours of turning we were finally finished! All together we did seven images. As the launch was today i had to sit all friday doing the postproduction on them!

Last week i was on a little tour for Bolagsverket (the Swedish Companies Registration Office). It was images for a campaign for their services over the Internet. I did a similar tour last summer as well. But this year was a little bit longer, 220 swedish miles (1367 miles). First i went to Trelleborg, then Ulricehamn and last Stockholm. Actually the driving went very well, it was really nice driving all by my self.
Now i just need to do the selection and fix the images that has to be delivered before the weekend

I often work for commercial magazines. Some time ago i did a portrait for a magazine about a running race. It was a girl who sometimes talks in the radio about training and running. So they wanted her in the studio but with some training gear on. Here you can see how a simple portrait sometimes isn’t just that simple. The colors in the syudio where terrible, here clothes were kind of cool but didn’t match the interior of the room! The place where she usually sits when she’s a guest there wasn’t that good for shooting so i put her in the control guy’s seat instead.

This wednesday we went out to shoot some images for Näringslivsbolaget. It was for a campaign they’re doing this summer. There was a team shooting film at they same time, and i was there to shoot the still image for ads etc.
The idea was a chaotic boat trip with the grandparent, because the parents had left them with him while going to a spa or restaurant. The grandfather is fishing in the boat and at the same time trying to take care of two crazy kids! Everybodey did a fantastic job, even though the “grandfather” fell into the water and it was kind of freezing outside.
I wanted som rim lights from the back so we had big light stands out in the water, but nothing caught fire or blew up! 😀 The lighting was made with three Profoto generators and three lampheads and a ringflash.
We had some bread that we threw out in the water to get som good images of seagulls! Worked perfect, almost too perfect. At the end we had like 30 segulls around us!
I had to deliver the finished image this morning so i did all the post production yesterday and yesterday evening. Will post the image as soon as possible!

Memira wanted some new images for a local campaign. The images where to be shot in their operating room 🙂 The lighting was not to advanced but it can be a little tricky with all the machines and things in a room. Some of them are really cool and can be in the picture and some doesn’t work at all in the image!
To get a little more natural light in the background i put a lamp head in the back of the room to give the look of light coming in from the window. To get a softer light from it i just threw a diffusor from one of my light banks over it.
We shot a couple of different group pictures and also did individual portraits.

I shot together with Sweetpop the word Vardag (An ordinary day) in different ways in the studio the other day. It looked kind of fun when i took a shoot when they were adjusting the letters in the word so i decided to take a group photo from above. I first time here on my blog! 🙂

I do some assignments for the The National Government Employee Pensions Board (SPV) and yesterday it was time for another shoot! This time it was for a yearly event they have. The idea was to have a little girl hold a giant piece of a puzzle in which she is portrayed as an old version of herself.
We started setting up for the little girl with the big piece of a puzzle (which we had to hang from a rod as it was so heavy). We took some versions without the piece as well just in case.
After we where finished we did i new setting of the lights and shoot the “older” version of the girls. Now there is a little bit of post production left before we can deliver the finished image!
A big thanks to André for the “behind-the-scenes” images!
